Trevor Plett bio

Trevor Plett is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a member of the Executive Leadership Team at RR Plett Trucking, a leading transportation and logistics provider serving Western Canada.

Based in Langley, British Columbia, Trevor is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations and ensuring the delivery of safe, reliable, and efficient transportation solutions for customers across North America.

With nearly 20 years of experience in trucking operations, logistics management, and supply chain leadership, Trevor has developed extensive expertise in fleet operations, transportation strategy, regulatory compliance, and organizational growth. His industry knowledge and hands-on leadership have been instrumental in supporting RR Plett Trucking’s continued expansion and commitment to operational excellence.

In his role as COO, Trevor oversees all aspects of company operations, including logistics planning, dispatch, fleet performance, driver management, safety and compliance programs, customer service, and continuous improvement initiatives.

He works closely with customers, employees, and industry partners to optimize performance, enhance service quality, and drive sustainable business growth.

Trevor also serves on the Board of Directors of the BC Trucking Association, where he contributes to advancing the interests of the transportation industry and supporting initiatives that promote safety, innovation, workforce development, and industry

sustainability throughout British Columbia.
