Travis Allan advises the Canadian Charging Infrastructure Council on policy and regulatory matters related to EV charging regulation. He also advises companies on their corporate finance and growth strategies at Gilbert’s Global, based in London and Toronto. He is a leading expert on transportation and energy regulation. Travis previously served as Chief Legal and Public Affairs Officer at one of Canada’s top EV charging networks, FLO, where he oversaw the company’s legal, corporate secretarial, regulatory, public affairs, communications, traditional and social media, ESG and cybersecurity functions. He has helped companies raise over $524M in cross border growth capital across a range of private equity, project finance, secured credit and carbon credit transactions.
