Frans Tjallingii is the CEO of 7Gen, a company accelerating the transition to zero-emission transportation by offering “Electric Vehicles as a Service.” 7Gen enables operators of medium- and heavy-duty commercial fleets to electrify with ease by bundling vehicles, charging infrastructure, and financing into one integrated monthly subscription. Serving clients across Canada and the U.S., 7Gen provides end-to-end support from planning and deployment to ongoing management of EV fleets and charging sites. Frans brings over 20 years of leadership experience spanning cleantech, fintech, and maritime industries. He co-founded and sold First Coin Capital, a blockchain advisory firm acquired by Galaxy Digital in 2018, and previously held global executive roles at SMIT (now Boskalis) in the maritime sector. Earlier in his career, he worked in international environmental policy and business development. He is passionate about building ventures that combine commercial success with positive environmental and social impact.
