Victor Poudelet is Director, Decarbonization Strategy at Intelcom | Dragonfly, a leading international last-mile logistics company operating across Canada, Australia and the Netherlands. He leads the company’s decarbonization roadmap and Net Zero 2040 strategy, overseeing initiatives ranging from fleet electrification and cargo bike deployment to carbon reporting, infrastructure planning and sustainable logistics innovation.

With more than 15 years of experience in sustainability, transportation electrification, innovation and strategic management, Victor has built a career at the intersection of technology, business and climate action. Prior to joining Intelcom, he held executive leadership roles at Propulsion Québec, where he contributed to the growth of Québec’s electric and smart transportation ecosystem and the development of numerous industry-wide initiatives.

A Professional Engineer registered with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, Victor graduated from ICAM (France) and holds a master’s degree from at the International Reference Centre for the Life Cycle of Products, Processes and Services, named “CIRAIG”, at École Polytechnique de Montréal.

He is a frequent speaker on sustainable logistics, freight transportation decarbonization and the practical challenges of achieving net-zero operations.
