Lisa Annabel Ellis is the Founder of YellowYellow, a boutique sustainability advisory helping organizations turn climate commitments into practical business action.
Her work spans fleet electrification, last-mile delivery emissions and carbon reduction. YellowYellow is currently helping Precision Deliveries calculate and report emissions from its last-mile operations to meet customer requirements. The work reflects a broader shift in freight: customers are increasingly asking about emissions earlier in the procurement process, making credible carbon data part of winning and retaining business.
Lisa and her team also led the development of EV charging infrastructure on Manitoulin Island. YellowYellow partnered with an organization to lead the business case, secure funding, select vendors, as well as provided guidance on the implementation and carbon-credit opportunities. The project delivered the first Indigenous-owned and operated Level 3 fast charger on Manitoulin Island and created a new revenue stream for the community.
Lisa brings a practical perspective on what electrification costs, what customers increasingly expect, and what makes the business case work.
