Brandon Taylor is Business Development Director at Effenco, A Martinrea Company, where he leads commercial strategy, market development, partnerships, and customer engagement for advanced electrification and energy-management solutions for heavy-duty vehicles.

As part of MiND (Martinrea Innovation & Development), Martinrea’s innovation hub, Effenco develops electrification systems that help fleets reduce fuel consumption, engine operating hours, maintenance costs, and emissions while improving operational efficiency. Brandon works with fleet operators, OEMs, municipalities, ports, and industry partners to identify practical pathways for fleet decarbonization that deliver measurable operational and financial results.

A Professional Engineer, Brandon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University. His experience spans engineering, operations, business development, and strategic partnerships across the transportation and industrial sectors.

Outside of work, Brandon is an avid motorsports enthusiast who enjoys racing his car and restoring his historic 1887 home.
