Adithya Rao is the Director of Acceleration & Investments at Scale AI, Canada’s AI supercluster, where he manages public co-investment in applied AI projects. Much of the portfolio is focused on supply chain, transportation, and logistics, which is the core sector Scale AI serves.

Prior to Scale AI, he spent four years with Amazon Web Services in the Supply Chain, Transportation & Logistics practice. His work involved adapting Amazon’s forecasting, routing, and fulfillment approaches for enterprise transportation customers, helping logistics leaders identify where AI could reduce empty miles, fuel costs, and planning time.

Earlier in his career, he worked in fleet operations, leading the transformation of fleet operations at North America’s largest private fleet from system design through to implementation and benchmarking.
