Meena Bibra is a Fleet Electrification Program Manager, North America with the Fleet Electrification Coalition at Smart Freight Centre (SFC). She leads Canadian deployment of affordable electric trucks with an eye toward expanding into other high-density freight hubs and corridors across the country, and working with the world’s largest freight buyers—SFC members—to bring that demand online.

She brings 13+ years of experience across clean transportation policy design, program strategy, implementation, industry and government consultations, and national media advocacy on EV issues, as well as private sector experience in oil and gas. Her background spans major Canadian transportation climate policy files—including the ZEV Sales Regulation, Clean Fuel Regulation and Canada’s Critical Minerals Strategy—international EV initiatives, and coalition-building across government, industry and civil society. She has held roles at Clean Energy Canada, the International Energy Agency, Natural Resources Canada and Suncor Energy.
